Brigitte spent 20 years working in management and held management positions in large public and private organizations. For over 15 years, she has dedicated herself to executive coaching. Certified by the International Coaching Federation, she has coached dozens of managers to accelerate their leadership development. She believes entrepreneurs are exceptional people, who show courage and ambition. She is delighted to support them in realizing their vision and leadership potential. She works by leveraging their talent and their experience and by helping them find the best approach for their challenges and aspirations, taking into account their personality.<\/p>
